How to Use the Free Invoice Generator
Start at the top of the form with your own details: business or freelancer name, email, phone and address, plus an optional logo you can upload from your device. Then fill in who you are billing, and check the invoice number, issue date and due date — the number is generated for you but stays fully editable so it can match your own numbering scheme. Set the currency symbol you invoice in and the whole document updates immediately.
Add a row for every service or product using the Add item button, entering a description, quantity and unit price; the line amount and the subtotal are worked out for you. Apply a discount percentage and a tax or VAT percentage and the final total recalculates instantly, with tax applied after the discount. Flip the PAID switch to stamp the invoice as settled, draw your signature in the signature pad with a mouse or finger, then press Download PDF to save a clean A4 document. Nothing you type or upload leaves your browser.
