GetToolix provides free online utility tools for personal and commercial use. No registration is required. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the site.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, probe or scan our infrastructure, introduce malicious code, use automated systems to place unreasonable load on the service, scrape or reproduce the site in bulk, or use GetToolix to create, process or distribute unlawful, harmful or infringing material.

The calculators and converters on GetToolix — including the loan, compound interest, unit and currency tools — are provided for general informational and estimation purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, medical, engineering or other professional advice. Currency rates and similar reference data are indicative and may not reflect real-time market values. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on any result.

We work hard to keep the tools accurate and the site available, but GetToolix is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result obtained will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetToolix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools — including any decision made in reliance on a calculated result.

You retain all rights in any text, images, files or other content you process with our tools. Because processing happens entirely in your browser, we never take possession of that content and claim no licence over it. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you process.

The GetToolix name, logo, design, text and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the site or its code without our prior written permission.

GetToolix displays third-party advertising to keep the tools free. We are not responsible for the content of any advertisement or for the products, services or practices of any advertiser. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

The site may link to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

We may add, modify, suspend or remove tools and features at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Your continued use of GetToolix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
